Project Type: Tear down and rebuild.

Location: Green Pond, NJ

Description: This project consisted of a teardown and rebuild of an old “lake camp”. The owners wanted to create dramatic elevations with maximum views of the lake. The main living area has been designed as an open flowing floor plan with a wrap around deck. The upper floor contains three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom & balconies. The façade has been designed with real stone veneer and “hardi-plank” siding. The home has an attached garage & a full walk out finished basement with its own wine cellar.
