Project Type: Remodel and Facelift.

Location: Green Pond, NJ

Description: This project consisted of a facelift, re-supporting of old structure and remodel of a Seasonal lake cottage. The owners wanted to keep the “Lake Cottage Style” while updating all new finishes including new siding, roofing, new screened porch system & insulated windows. A new front entryway was added and the side covered porch was rebuilt and extended. We also eliminated the gutter and fascia, then installed new exposed rafter tails to give the camp a vintage charm. The dilapidated garage was also removed and a new smaller garage built in its place.

This project was designed by Keith Holling, AIA while working at Fox Architectural Design.
