Project Type: Tear down and rebuild.

Location: Green Pond, NJ

Description: The Owners of this property lived in a one story summer camp until they fulfilled their dream of rebuilding a full time residence. We had to design two homes right next to each other for two brothers with similar footprints and needs. This 2 story country cottage cape contains an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and porches in the front and rear to view the lake. The exterior façade is Hardie-shake with composite trim material and cultured stone for a maintenance free home.
