Project Type: Tear down and rebuild.

Location: Green Pond, NJ

Description: The Owners of this summer lake cottage decided to tear down their existing camp and rebuild a new year round home with all the amenities and comforts of their Bergen County home. The house has two main floors with a full walk-out basement. There is a three-car garage and an attic loft connected to the main house via a breezeway. In order to address the sloping drainage problems we created a “moat” under the breezeway. The house has been designed with a stone veneer, cedar shake siding and flared roof edges.
