Project Type: Addition and Renovation

Location: Green Pond, Rockaway Township, NJ

Description: The owners of this cape cod wanted to renovate their home to make it more functional & create an esthetically pleasing façade to fit in with the character of the lake community. This was accomplished with an addition along the front and new dormers on the second floor. The entryway is orientated directly to the path leading to the lake.
