Project Type: Tear down and rebuild.

Location: Green Pond, NJ

Description: The owners of this summer lake cottage decided to teardown the camp and rebuild a new year-round home of great proportions. They also sold their upper Montclair home which contained many of the same old world features as the new home. The new custom home takes on a French Villa style, with stucco finishes, wrought iron, custom wood shutters and natural stone accents. This home contains four bedrooms, formal living & dining areas, a modern open kitchen, study, walk-up attic, full basement and a dance studio. The finishes and detailing of this home truly define this exclusive custom upscale home.
