Project Type: Tear down and rebuild.

Location: Green Pond, NJ

Description: This old camp had been vacant for many years & the new owners wanted to create a vacation lake home within a close commute to their current residence. This 3336 sf. lake home contains 2 stories, three bedrooms and a sleeping loft on the upper floor with views down into the great room below. The first floor has a screened in Dining room along the lake and a state of the art Kitchen.
