Description: The owners purchased this 2 story home with a desire to completely remodel and create their dream home in a lake community. We basically tore off the partial second floor and designed a new full story addition, along with multiple additions along the first floor footprint. We converted the existing garage to a new family room, and opened up the first floor with a new spacious flowing floor plan. A new detached garage with a loft above was added to the site to compliment the home. The home has been designed in a Gambrel Style to fit in with the charming neighborhood and obtain as much space as possible within the roof massing.
